Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, add in the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, fresh orange zest, fresh orange juice and red pepper flakes. Whisk well until evenly mixed.

2. In a large bowl, add in the cornstarch and shrimp. Toss well until coated on all sides.

3. In a large frying pan set over medium to high heat. Add in the canola oil and once hot, add in the shrimp. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until crispy. Place the shrimp onto a large plate set with paper towels to drain.

4. Pour the honey sauce into the skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until hot.

5. Add in the cooked shrimp and toss well to coat. Continue to cook for an additional minute or until the sauce is thick in consistency.

6. Remove from heat. Serve with a garnish of sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
